Terms of service

Last updated September 2026.

Who this is for

MastroCC is provided to the operator's own team for internal use: recording, transcribing, and tagging the operator's own sales calls. It is not a public service and does not accept signups from the general public.

Call recording consent

The operator is responsible for obtaining any consent required to record a call before uploading it to MastroCC. Many jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a call before it can be recorded (two-party consent). MastroCC does not verify consent on the operator's behalf.

Outreach compliance

The operator is responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing and do-not-call laws (such as the TCPA in the United States) for any calls placed using leads managed in MastroCC, and with applicable anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) for any follow-up email sent based on data in MastroCC.

AI-generated content

Transcripts, summaries, and tags are generated automatically and may contain errors. Callers are expected to review and correct AI output before relying on it for a business decision.

No warranty

MastroCC is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, for the operator's internal use.
