What MastroCC stores
MastroCC stores the lead information your team imports (company and contact details), the audio recordings your callers upload, and the transcripts, summaries, and outcome tags generated from those recordings.
Third-party processors
When configured with API keys, MastroCC sends call audio to its configured transcription provider (Groq Whisper) and sends transcripts to its configured language model (Groq) for tagging and summarization. Semantic search fingerprints are generated locally with Ollama and never leave the server. Without keys configured, this processing runs locally in a mock mode and no data leaves the server. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Where data lives
All data is stored on the server the operator deploys MastroCC to. There is no multi-tenant cloud service; each deployment is its own isolated instance operated by the company running it.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of a specific call, lead, or account, contact the operator directly at hello@mastropm.com. An admin can also delete leads and calls directly from within the app, which removes the database record and the underlying audio file.
